Salad Creative Appoints Their First Strategy Director

Daniel Ward-Murphy comes with a wealth of experience and has a proven track record of acquiring key accounts through excellent strategic and planning work, as well as helping them to achieve continued success.

“This is a huge appointment not only for Salad but for our clients present and future,” our Founder and Managing Director, Arabella Lewis-Smith, comments “I have watched from afar the enormous impact Daniel has had at Thinking Juice and knew that he could bring exactly what we needed to the table. I was confident that once he heard about our recent successes and our expansion plan that we could court him to join us.”

“We have long had, in my view, the best design product in the area and with this appointment, we now have the best strategic product. I am excited about the brand, strategy, design, digital and communications prowess we now possess. Outside of his disciplines, Daniel’s business and agency experience will also be crucial to myself and the rest of the board as we look to grow the agency in the right way.”

On joining us, Daniel commented “It’s a great privilege to be joining Salad at this exciting stage of their development. They have a reputation for hiring the very best creative talent and I am thrilled at the prospect of working with them. I join the small, progressive board and we will be striving to win and serve a greater number of clients as we grow the agency through recruitment and training of the right talent.”

“Bella is an inspiring, ego-less female agency leader in a male dominated landscape. This, alongside her compelling bid to recruit me, played a big part in my decision.”

Daniel Ward-Murphy officially joins us today and will immediately sit on the board, overseeing strategy & planning, research and new business.
