Salad was tasked with growing the volume of high value jewellery sales, and increasing the profitability of the business in general. As diamond jewellery sales typically occur in person, a central challenge was to drive footfall from neighbouring towns to the store.
We targeted local people who were in the market for either engagement or wedding rings, using both Google and Facebook ads. We tested a wide range of targeting options and ad messaging, and made ongoing chages based on what worked.
We created a suite of articles around the theme of ‘How to Propose’, and promoted these to niche audiences online to attract potential customers to the site. This was supplemented with a retargeting campaign, to display ads to people who had previously visited the Charles Nobel website and re-engage them.
