Pitted against two of Dorset’s most innovative creative projects, the Team England media portal was described by judges as “a game-changing project”. The win follows a triumphant success at Global Digital Awards, The Drum DADIs, where Salad was also crowned the winner of Sports Website of the Year.
Team England’s data-driven website was crafted in two phases in the lead up to the April’s Gold Coast Games. During the 11 days of participation, the site delivered up-to-the-minute content to over 1.9 million fans, with over half of those returning to follow the action.
Salad’s Head of Marketing, Fleurie, commented: “The Dorset Business Awards provide a brilliant stage to showcase the leaders, teamwork and grind that’s going on by the mistakenly ‘sleepy seaside’.
