The discovery stage is where we put our efforts into understanding the problem and researching to gain insights into customers, users, audiences, tendencies and trends.
When we fully understand where you are, we can help you to plot a course to where you need to be, and what success should look like when you arrive.
Define
Analysing research, evaluating ideas, convergent thinking.
The definition stage allows us to respond to the identified problem from the previous stage. Here, we put our efforts into defining a set of solutions which can move us forward. We will set out a preliminary hypothesis, describing how will approach solving the problem.
Outputs might include distilling workshops outputs or creating wireframes, documentation and project plans.
Develop
Concept creation and refinement, prototyping, design development.
The development stage is where the chosen route, concept or plan is put into action, verbally, visually and digitally. Having discovered and defined the problem, this stage is all about crafting the responsible and realistic solution.
A stage of deep collaboration between our team and yours, and any external experts we’ve identified to assist.
Deliver
Final implementation, verbal and visual guidance, digital support and maintenance.
The delivery stage is where everything comes together. Brands, verbal and visual identities released into the wild, digital products launched. Rather than the end of the relationship, this stage is the beginning of ongoing measurement, continuing into iterative collaboration to maintain success.
