Strategy & Creative Director

Harry joined Salad at the end of 2018, with a career spanning more than 20 years working in various London agencies and running his own branding agency.

In his role as Strategy & Creative Director, Harry applies his insight and experience to help our clients strategise, simplify and solve their communication challenges. He also helps to provide the strategic thread that runs through our creative and digital work, ensuring that insights are shared throughout any client engagement.

Currently a member of the EOA’s Membership Council, Harry leads our work in the Employee Owned sector, helping businesses communicate the adoption of employee ownership, align teams and accelerate the effectiveness of their brands.

Just a few of his previous clients include English Heritage, Enginuity, Health Hero, V&A, Royal Academy of Music, Arts Council and City & Guilds.
