Head of Delivery

As Head of delivery, Nicole sits centrally in the business, liaising with the whole team, keeping communications flowing and projects on track. Driven by detail and data she is also naturally positive and extremely caring of her colleagues and clients.

She oversees each project to ensure everything runs smoothly, timelines and budgets are protected, and the set objectives are achieved. She is mindful to mitigate common project risks and ensure our clients feel confident with the final delivery.

Nicole joined us in 2019 and has experience in many sectors including working with large charitable groups such as the WWF, and more recently ISEAL, the global membership organisation for sustainability standards.

Nicole also acts as the Employee Representative on the Salad Creative Trust Board, a position she was voted into by her colleagues.
