Andy Brown

Chairman

Andy joined Salad in 2013 as our first-ever Finance Director. Becoming a member of the Board of Directors in 2014 he worked alongside Bella to lead and grow the agency and was intrinsically involved in the preparation and transition to Employee Ownership in 2021.

Twice professionally qualified, first as a Chartered Accountant and more recently as a Chartered Director, Andy has worked part-time as a fractional FD/CFO with a portfolio of businesses, often in the creative and digital sectors, for over 16 years.

He brings a wealth of experience serving on the boards of agencies and amongst his other roles: as an Independent Trustee for another EOT, a Non-Executive Director, part-time CFO, School Governor, Company Secretary, Board Advisor and mentor.

In Autumn 2023, Andy’s role at Salad changed to Chairman where he facilitates and leads Salad’s Board of Directors.
