Creating a digital platform for Breeze to improve internal communications
Working with the stakeholders to understand the specific needs of the group, we created a bespoke web-based intranet.
The Breeze Motor Group includes multiple brands and locations across the South of England offering car and van retail, servicing, used car sales and trade parts. Following on from successfully launching the new website for Breeze Volkswagen we were asked to create a digital platform to improve internal communications throughout the organisation.
Working with the stakeholders to understand the specific needs and requirements of the group, we created a bespoke web-based intranet to suit the needs of the multi-location business. The application enables communication from all departments in one central place and ensures important internal comms’ are delivered in an efficient and consistent way. Key areas include company news, classifieds, vacancies, meeting room management and document management, including staff payslips.
The end result is a user-friendly intranet that is fast, secure and on-brand. It is built in a modular way to make future developments both easy and cost efficient. Feedback from both staff and management has been overwhelmingly positive and we’re excited to continue to develop the platform to suit the ongoing needs of the business.
