Salad shortlisted for Brand Impact and Wirehive100 Awards
To celebrate one of the busiest years in our 16-year history, we threw our hat into the ‘awards’ ring for the third year running.
And the good news is that we’ve been shortlisted for everything! As the name suggests, the Brand Impact Awards reward the very best branding from around the world and this year they received a record number of entries – 187 projects from 86 different agencies across the globe. After ‘impassioned debates’ between the world-class judging panel, just over a quarter of the projects submitted made it onto a shortlist of 32 agencies. And we’re proud to have made the cut with our rebrand of e-liquid vapour company, Halo. With a brief to reposition Halo as an aspirational lifestyle brand and create an identity that retains impact and shelf appeal, Halo has achieved an impressive 40% increase in sales since the redesign. But there’s more to celebrate… For the first time, digital at Salad has overtaken our long-standing branding and design department as the highest billing offer in our portfolio. The unprecedented success of the digital team includes a multitude of impressive client wins – an astonishing 137 responsive websites, user experience, ecommerce, content creation, support and hosting clients in the past 6 years. Our Digital Director Adam, a cornerstone to Salad’s ethos and culture, has led his team to success with a humble attitude and true passion to inspire others. And to thank him for his hard work and dedication, we nominated him as the Wirehive100 Digital Champion of the Year for which he’s been deservingly recognised as a finalist! Whilst we’re looking forward to celebrating with our peers in September and October, we’re extremely proud just to have received the nominations. We’d like to thank the team and our lovely clients for making us the business we are today. These two nominations follow an earlier win in The Communicator Awards for the Copperman Corporate Identity Campaign.
