Hayes McKenzie previously had a very low level organic search presence and could only be found after scrolling through several pages of Google search results.
As part of our website development process, the team undertook keyword research and competitive analysis to understand the key phrases being typed into search engines. Using this information, we were able to identify the most crucial phrases to target and form an overall SEO strategy by balancing high search volumes with low competition scores.
During the build process we reviewed the overall website structure and on-page copy to ensure both would adhere to search engine best practice guidelines. We also set up URL redirects to maintain current rankings and domain authority, minimising the risk of any traffic being lost as a result of the new website migration.
We saw a spike in search engine traffic almost immediately after website launch. The website now has a significantly higher search engine presence with Hayes McKenzie being listed in the top 20 positions in Google.
