Salad named as a finalist for 2 DADI Awards
Salad Creative have been named as a finalist for not one, but two different categories in the 2016 DADI awards.
We were recognised for our great work for Clipper Round the World Yacht Race in the Travel/Leisure/Sports section, and for the new website we created for Finatal in the Recruitment category.
Our Clipper Round the World Yacht Race Viewer was a pioneering industry first – a GPS fuelled responsive race interface that has had a significant impact on how the race is viewed by crews and fans alike.
We were similarly proud of the way our new website creation for Finatal revolutionised their online presence. In a competitive but often dry industry, the best-in-class site has helped position them as a frontrunner within their recruitment sectors.
Adam Morland, Digital Director at Salad, commented, “We are really proud of both of these projects. They showcase our thinking, our design and our build quality extremely well but also show our versatility. It is great that more people are recognising our digital product and these nominations help us to recruit an even more talented team as well as gain more projects.”
We are keeping some good company in our two categories with McCann, Iris Worldwide and Lab also nominated. I guess they will be saying exactly the same think about us though. It really is very tough at the top.
We are pretty chuffed to be shortlisted and know that the great work at Salad is being recognised by more and more of our industry peers. Roll on awards night on Wednesday 19 October! Now where did I put those sparkly shoes…
